Venetian blinds are available in 3 main materials.

Natural wood.

With a wide range of colours, and three slat widths there is good choice in natural wooden Venetians. Points to bear in mind, these are real wood and as such are subject to natural colour variance. In certain conditions, especially humid rooms, they may warp. Larger sizes may present weight problems for fixing or operating.

Available 25mm, 35mm and 50mm.

Faux wood.

  A compound of PVC and wood these blinds offer the appearance of wood with out the natural variances.

Most wooden blinds are available either ladder or tape strung, with chord raise on right and chord tilt on left.

Aluminium.

Available in a huge range of colours and designer prints, lightweight and easily fitted.   25mm, 35mm, and 50mm.
